Data Collection: Unit Information: Operating Room Location: Sunrise Hospital Address: 3186 S Maryland Pkwy Floor: 1 Building: Main. General Information: Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 23 OR suites (4 dedicated CV OR) Number of Staff 125+ Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift - Patient Ratios. Type of equipment - EMR. Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Cardiac surgical experience in the FA capacity (Vascular only does NOT count experience must include acting as a FA in on-pump cardiac cases). Vein harvesting Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Pediatrics. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cardiac - CABG, AVR, MVR, Pericardial window, Aortic dissections, congenital peds, etc. Vascular Fem pop, AAA, AV Fistula, etc. Best personality Fit: Confident in skills and knowledge. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: CST FA, RN FA. Floating Area(s): Main OR. Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Ceil Blue will provide on the unit. Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Weekends and On call (if any).
