General Park Manager – Get Air Trampoline Park, New Hartford, NY

Get Air Trampoline Park is seeking a dynamic General Park Manager to lead our fast‑paced, family‑friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all park operations, ensuring a safe, healthy, and fun experience.

Manage, hire, train, and lead staff.

Drive performance against key metrics to increase profitability.

Maintain facilities and equipment, coordinating maintenance and supplies.

Handle customer service issues and resolve conflicts.

Control park expenses and manage vendor relationships.

Conduct community outreach and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

At least 2 years of management experience in a high‑traffic, guest‑facing environment.

Strong decision‑making, communication, conflict management, and organization skills.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and major holidays; able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary up to $90,000 per year, plus tips, bonuses, and commissions.
