ServiceNow - IT Operations Management (ITOM) Senior Consultant Location: Anywhere in Country

Base pay range: $102,500.00/yr - $187,900.00/yr

The Opportunity You will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area, driving client relationships, consulting, and team leadership.

Your Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.

Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.

Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.

Travel to meet with clients and engage stakeholders.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants.

Provide guidance on ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB process implementations and process transformation.

Analyze people, process, and technology to recommend best practices and contribute to strategic roadmaps.

Advise on connectivity of CMDB and ITOM to ITSM processes.

Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.

Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, risk, and issue logs.

Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

To Qualify for the Role

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar.

Typically 2‑4 years of relevant ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping

3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

A valid U.S. driver’s license.

Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Ideally You’ll Also Have

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or HAM or SAM.

Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.

Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
