SPA is seeking a Contracts Management Analyst IIA in San Diego. The role supports the Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC) and Space Security & Defense Program (SSDP), applying simulation systems and Model-Based Systems Engineering principles to support multi-domain military operations and drive the analytical process.

Responsibilities The Contracts Management Analyst IIA position will assist the Government to draft procurement-related documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations, DFARS, NMCARS, and associated supplements and DOD 5000 series requirements.

The ideal candidate will:

Coordinate Industry Days.

Develop Requirements documents, including Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government.

Provide administrative source selection support.

Administer contracts, including preparation of Procurement Requests, Modification Requests, Technical Direction Letters/Technical Instructions, tracking obligations/expenditures, and deliverables.

CA Pay Transparency Salary Range: $88K - $100K.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's Degree

Three (3) or more years of professional experience providing contract management support

Professional experience working with FAR/DRARS/NMCARS Contracts Management for Navy or DoD programs and major acquisition program contracts

One (1) year of experience in direct support of a Navy organization performing systems acquisition

Top Secret/SCI Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Desired

ACAT II or III experience
