Job Summary Lead and develop the education and events strategy in the US to drive sales, build brand equity and support customer acquisition and retention.
What You Will Do
Develop the annual education and events strategy, aligning with US marketing objectives and global brand education priorities.
Manage the national master event calendar for Sephora and ULTA.
Coordinate with retailer event teams to curate events that align with each retailer’s priorities and consumer dynamics.
Collect and analyze US event data to create successful retailer‑specific event initiatives.
Compile events from the field and maintain the master event listing each season.
Develop and execute “event in a box” programs for field execution.
Partner with Creative to develop ongoing training and event toolkits.
Oversee the education and events budget, including TOAs, field samples, event toolkits and retailer gratis.
Forecast, strategize and coordinate logistics for retailer gratis programs.
Partner with the Global Education team on regional and national sales and education meetings.
Gather and report on competitive brand events.
Develop and share best practice guidelines and events with field teams.
Who You Are
You have 6–8 years in beauty education or events roles with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership ability and influence, with dynamic, flexible teamwork and a positive attitude.
You are creative, innovative and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
You can manage budgets and possess strong organizational, prioritization and analytic skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job‑specific knowledge, education, skills and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program.
