Representative Duties/Assignments
Performs administrative tasks in support of conventions and trade shows.
Assists with billing, filing, photocopying, and dispatching technicians to work assignments.
Assists with telephone and radio coverage using multi‑line telephones and two‑way radios and inputs orders as needed.
Assists other staff as needed.
Meets Center of Hospitality (COH) standards.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of general clerical or office experience, or one (1) year in a customer service role.
Preferences
Position scheduled for a maximum of 24 hours per week.
Must be available to work at least one Saturday or Sunday shift after training is completed.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred.
Knowledge of IBM Maximo product.

Salary Information Pay Grade: 406 – Starting Rate $16.08 per hour
