Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist
Overview The Marketing Automation Specialist plays a vital role in executing outbound CRM/email communications that increase customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. This contract‑to‑hire position lasts six months with a strong intent to convert early (30‑90 days). The role is based in Neenah, WI and works in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite, 2 remote).
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end‑to‑end campaign processes within marketing automation platforms, including building, designing, testing, and executing campaigns.
Collaborate with team members to create and improve segmentation, prospect scoring, customer lifecycle, prospect nurturing, and other email marketing initiatives.
Take part in the creation of new email campaigns from start to finish, working with business owners, copy writers, visual designers, and data teams.
Assist in the end‑to‑end email production process, including planning, testing, execution, and optimization.
Continuously optimize email content quality to improve opens, clicks, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
Run A/B tests and other growth experiments, reporting results and applying lessons learned.
Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and effectiveness using reporting tools, Google Analytics, and business intelligence tools.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on HubSpot.
Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑grade email marketing tools.
Strong understanding of email lifecycle strategy and campaign development.
Ability to lead end‑to‑end campaign processes including segmentation, scoring, and testing.
Experience with integrations (Salesforce, Databricks, APIs) is a plus.
Must be able to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 remote) and adapt to executive schedules.
