Marketing Automation Specialist
Hybrid - 3 days onsite - Raleigh, NC OR Neenah, WI OR Dallas, TX
6 month contract with opportunity to convert. 40 hours a week, paid weekly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
5+ years of experience in marketing automation – HubSpot.
Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑grade email marketing tools.
Strong understanding of email lifecycle strategy and campaign development.
Ability to lead end‑to‑end campaign processes including segmentation, scoring, and testing.
Nice to Haves
Experience with Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with AI‑driven campaign models.
Consulting agency experience.
HTML and email design principles.
Strategic thinking and career growth orientation.
Experience with integrations (Salesforce, Databricks, APIs) is a plus.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $45.00/hr.
