As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead transformation teams, build new client relationships, and guide multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality ITOM and CMDB services.
The opportunity You will:
Lead ServiceNow Transformation projects as a client‑visible, team‑lead role.
Identify and define user/customer requirements, focusing on UI design across mobile, web, and tablet platforms.
Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants.
Provide guidance on best‑practice ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB implementations and strategic roadmaps.
Facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, and deliver high‑quality artifacts.
Travel as needed to meet clients and stakeholders.
Skills and Attributes
Workstream lead for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB projects: design, configuration, testing, deployment.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
Experience in both waterfall and agile delivery models.
Ability to connect CMDB and ITOM to ITSM processes.
Effective facilitation of client process and design sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Minimum two of the following ServiceNow certifications: Data Foundations
Discovery
Event Management
Service Mapping
3+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent communication, adaptability, teamwork, and organization skills.
Experience leading and supervising teams.
Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Availability to travel for client needs.
Ideal Additional Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.
Performance analytics and reporting experience (certifications a plus).
Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
