Job Description The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM sets restaurant goals, works with the leadership team to create plans, and leads Department Managers to achieve performance targets. The GM may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience at high‑volume locations.
Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail strongly desired.
Minimum age 18 years for corporate owned and operated restaurants.
