Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) – Office Revolution
The Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) supports our Design, Sales, and Project Management teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly from proposal to installation. This fast‑paced, data‑driven role requires exceptional organization, communication, and follow‑through.
Responsibilities
Prepare proposals, orders, and purchase requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate project timelines, installations, and communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage vendor relations, order tracking, and problem resolution to keep projects on schedule.
Support bids, presentations, and project documentation.
Oversee installation logistics, punch lists, and warranty/service follow‑ups.
Maintain organized project data, reports, and billing accuracy.
Qualifications
Collaborative, proactive team player with strong communication skills.
Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple complex projects.
Financially savvy with an eye for accuracy in pricing, margins, and billing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Core, CAP, and Teknion preferred.
3+ years of contract furniture industry experience with solid product knowledge.
Compensation
Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr
