Call Center Representative AdventHealth is seeking a customer service focused professional to provide operational support in a virtual call setting, scheduling patients, obtaining insurance information, and maintaining patient data. Work is full time, days Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, virtual location.

Responsibilities

Schedule patients via incoming and outbound calls focusing on customer service.

Answer phones timely and professionally.

Schedule appointments and obtain insurance information.

Communicate cordially via phone.

Transfer incoming callers to appropriate department/location.

New patient registration (inputting demographic info, insurance info, etc.).

Assist patient scheduling and handle reschedule lists.

Update computer referring physician database.

Qualifications

High School Grad or Equiv - Required

2 Years Of Experience - Required
