Base Pay Range $62,500.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

We’re here because we want someone awesome to join our crew: do you love all things social media? Do you keep up with the latest trending topics, conversations and dances on your favorite platforms? We’re looking for a Junior Digital Strategist to join our team, someone who will play an important role in implementing and optimizing brand communications strategies grounded in digital and social. You’ll spend your time monitoring social media trends and conversations, organizing and maintaining our influencer database as well as building reports and content calendars for a diverse range of clients.

You’re a team player who loves to envision and contribute to strategies that plant social within the 360‑marketing lens that could include experiential, PR or video production.

This position will report to the VP of Social Media Strategy and work with internal client teams across video production, event production, PR, and influencer management to assist in developing innovative programming that engages, builds brands, and achieves measurable ROI results.

Social Media Strategy

Demonstrate strong social media and digital understanding and the ability to effectively communicate these ideas, proposals, scopes, and questions to internal team members and clients.

Develop campaign, brand, and influencer briefs and pull in necessary colleagues to activate against. Help develop, present, and execute digital strategies to address those client briefs.

Assist in developing internal presentations, input, client‑facing agency POV/strategic foundation, and research.

Contribute to department development of new insights, innovations, trend forecasting, and strategic thinking.

Build monthly reports to measure campaign/brand success.

Create detailed influencer lists for current or future campaign initiatives.

Creative Ideation and Production

Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops for specific outputs and client solutions.

Assist in producing, editing, and publishing content for social media channels.

Basic copywriting and content creation.

Account Management and Others

Assist with reporting on paid advertising campaigns.

Develop topline or fast turnaround social media reports.

Assist in coordinating content production work between the social media and creative teams.

Provide detailed meeting reports.

Assist in developing post‑campaign performance reports and trends reports.

Assist the VP of Social Media Strategy on critical outputs required by the client or the team.

Qualifications

Understanding of the digital communications landscape and a passion for all things digital and social. Must be social media savvy and constantly updated on current trends.

Strong communication skills: written and verbal, presentations, and meeting facilitation in individual and group settings.

Detail‑oriented, flexible, and willing to work in a fast‑paced, demanding, client‑focused environment.

Strong follow‑through and drive toward set deadlines.

Extensive experience with social media engagement and messaging.

Works well with others, a collaborative team player who excels in a group setting.

Basic understanding of Facebook and Google Analytics.

Ability to build, run, and report on metrics for social media advertising is a bonus.

Self‑starter and ability to self‑manage: you will be working closely with the internal team, but we will rely on you to keep your own deadlines on our fast‑paced calendar of projects and manage your clients independently.
