Overview As a Trauma Associate Sales Representative you will support the Trauma Sales team within an assigned territory.

Your duties include installing, troubleshooting and maintaining product equipment, setting up demo inventory, providing customer in‑service, transporting inventory between accounts, and covering surgical cases for sales reps as needed.

You will study technical information and surgical procedures in the Trauma Orthopaedics portfolio, specializing in internal and external fixation solutions for rapid restoration of function.

The territory you will support will require a 24/7 call rotation within the team.

Responsibilities

Support the Sales Representative to generate revenue and meet or exceed the territory’s quota.

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Trauma Orthopaedics product equipment.

Set up and demo inventory for customers.

Provide in‑service training to surgeons and hospital personnel on proper use and care of product equipment.

Transport customer inventory between accounts.

Cover surgical cases for sales reps within certain accounts.

Participate in a 24/7 on‑call schedule within the territory.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum two years of sales experience.

Preferred experience in healthcare, specifically selling orthopedic products or as an EMT/Paramedic, surgical technician, sterile processing technician, operating room aide, or athletic trainer.

Proven track record of selling or converting business at the surgeon or hospital level.

Experience leading or mentoring team members.

Travel Requirements Within designated sales territory with 2–4 overnights per month and infrequent national travel for events and conferences.
