EPICC Recovery Coach and Peer Specialist
Position located at

Midland Division Midtown Service and Treatment Center .
Job Summary: This full‑time (40 hours per week) position offers $17.00 per hour.
Location: 1 William Booth Drive, O'Fallon, MO 63366.
Essential Functions
Follow the monthly Recovery Coach outreach schedule/plan; may work some weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
Provide outreach to individuals using opioids, motivate them, and link them to treatment services in partnership with community referral sources.
Coordinate connections to treatment and recovery support services; collaborate with partners to provide low‑barrier access for long‑term engagement.
Deliver overdose education on harm reduction.
Accurately document outreach activities in the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) Database or other outreach system in real time.
Follow up with clients and treatment centers to ensure referrals are completed and clients are connected/admitted.
Maintain client engagement through follow‑ups at 2 weeks, 30 days, 3 months, and 6 months post‑outreach.
Participate in EPICC team meetings and program management debriefs to discuss cases and engagement strategies and ensure form completion.
Conduct evaluation interviews to assess treatment needs and develop treatment plans, including screenings and intakes upon admission.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and lived experience with substance use; former consumer of substance use treatment services is a plus.
Minimum of two years in recovery and Missouri Peer Specialist certification at time of hire or within 30 days.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and motor vehicle insurance.
Ability to pass a background check (or request an exception).
At least 21 years of age.
