About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative finance team within a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. This individual will play a critical role in the monthly close process, financial reporting, and compliance support, working closely with the Controller, CFO, and FP&A team to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly close process and prepare reconciliations and supporting workpapers for all balance sheet accounts.
Prepare and post standard and non‑standard journal entries.
Analyze account variances and provide meaningful insights to management.
Support lender compliance and assist with external audit preparation.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of financial data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2+ years of accounting experience.
Solid understanding of GAAP and full‑cycle accounting.
Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, IF/SUMIF formulas, etc.).
ERP system experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Positive, proactive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset.
