Requirements
3 years of experience in IT Help Desk, and IT infrastructure, technical support or related area recommended
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, desktop, and server
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Duties And Responsibilities
Perform end-user support.
Design, develop, support, and maintain the organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software. Make updates to system related installation.
Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of server hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Perform routine system updates and patches.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate infrastructure issues.
Participate in the implementation of new infrastructure solutions.
Document technical processes and maintain system records.
Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
Participate and support daily helpdesk operations.
Develop and implement helpdesk policies and procedures.
Monitor and report on key helpdesk metrics and KPIs.
Ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests.
Maintain and update the knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
Coordinate with other IT teams to elevate and resolve complex issues.
Provide basic user training on common software and hardware.
Manage, replace and retire inventory of IT equipment for end-users.
