Core Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.).
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
• Interpret data results and present clear, actionable conclusions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for management or clients.

Technical & Analytical Tasks

• Use statistical techniques and data modeling to analyze performance metrics.
• Build queries and reports using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Automate data collection and reporting through scripts or analytics tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Strategic & Business Support

• Collaborate with departments (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to identify data needs.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Create visualizations that communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Common Tools & Technologies

• Data Analysis Tools: Excel, Google Sheets, R, Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Databases: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery
• Visualization Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio
• Data Management: Excel, ETL tools, or data warehouses

Additional Duties

• Prepare regular reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying automation opportunities.
• Stay updated with data analytics trends and technologies.

Required qualifications:
