We are seeking an addition to our accounting team! The ideal candidate will oversee financial records, manage accounting processes, and ensure accuracy across all reporting. This role requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks and solid experience in bookkeeping and general ledger accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
• Generate financial reports (P&L, cash flow, budgets)
• Liaison to insurance brokers
• Support payroll processing and assist with tax filings

Qualifications

• 4+ years bookkeeping experience + QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
• Experience with reconciliations, payroll, and financial reporting
• 401(k) with matching, PTO
