Network Infrastructure Transactions/Telecom Associate (Mid - Senior Level) - DC
Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C. office is seeking a mid- to senior‑level associate (ideally with 5–7 years of experience) to join our growing telecommunications practice. Our team advises leading domestic and international clients operating across the digital infrastructure ecosystem on a range of commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters.

Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiating commercial infrastructure agreements—including terrestrial and subsea connectivity, and space‑based services agreements.
Advising clients on licensing for next‑generation satellite and spectrum initiatives or other telecommunications services.
Providing regulatory guidance on complex telecommunications, wireless, space, and submarine cable matters.
Conducting due diligence and structuring commercial arrangements that bridge technology and policy.
Qualifications
Significant commercial contracting and transactional experience, ideally within the telecommunications, digital infrastructure, or technology sectors.
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage sophisticated agreements.
Experience or familiarity with telecommunications regulatory frameworks and related due diligence is a plus.
Candidate must be in good standing with the DC Bar or be eligible to be admitted to the DC Bar.
Compensation and Benefits The expected pay range for this position is $325,000-$380,000 per year, based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
Full‑time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, optional HSA, disability insurance, dental, vision, life, and various voluntary programs.
