Key Responsibilities

Work with hiring managers to scope search projects by gathering information that defines job specifics, including responsibilities, requirements, compensation, and company culture.

Manage the recruitment life‑cycle from search kick‑off to closure to meet “time to fill” goals.

Develop, drive, and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure successful placements and customer satisfaction.

Drive new business with existing customers and prospects and collaborate with Korn Ferry Executive Search to grow key accounts.

Provide superior client care, clearly defining position requirements and the recruiting process, and give timely updates on progress, interview preparation, and debriefing.

Prospect potential new clients, maintain outreach, and book client meetings to achieve weekly goals.

Report project updates to management, client contacts, and stakeholders, and promptly escalates issues.

Requirements

Previous retained/contained search track record with strong business acumen and extensive healthcare sector network.

Experience running a full‑desk model, providing hands‑on execution and delivery on healthcare leadership roles across multiple searches.

Ability to work in a metrics‑driven KPI environment that is fast‑paced and collaborative.

Required Skills

5+ years of business experience in search running a full‑cycle desk.

5+ years of staffing business development, including cold calling, search strategy development, and client/candidate management.

Strong business acumen and quick learning ability for diverse business environments.

Consultative mindset with anticipation of client needs.

Candidate sourcing via traditional and creative channels.

In‑depth interview and candidate profile evaluation skills.

Exceptional customer service focus and quality results orientation.

Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills; ability to interact at all levels and across cultures.

Multi‑tasking and project management across simultaneous recruitment projects.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Self‑initiative and responsiveness to client requests.

Team‑player with ability to assume project leadership responsibilities when needed.

Adaptive to new processes and effective change management.

PC proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
