ServiceNow Senior Consultant – HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

The opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role where you’ll showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team and establish new client relationships. Your Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze new technology implementations to verify they meet business requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow HRSD project and solution delivery (design, configuration/development, testing, deployment).
Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore resources.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow HRSD process implementations.
Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities to provide leading practice recommendations.
Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process subject‑matter resources.
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk/issue logs.
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
2‑4 years of relevant ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
At least one of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery.
3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills – communication (written and verbal), adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Performance analytics and reporting experience; certifications are a plus.
Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery experience; certifications are a plus.
Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

What We Offer You
A comprehensive compensation and benefits package, with a base salary range for the U.S. from $102,500 to $187,900. Detailed regional ranges for NYC, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) are also provided. Total rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension, 401(k), and a wide range of paid time off.
A hybrid model: external or client‑serving roles work in person 40‑60% of the time during engagements.
