Overview LABUR is partnering with a global technology organization to accelerate the adoption of AI capabilities across its Medical Technology programs. This initiative is focused on solving enterprise-wide challenges related to scaling AI through structured program delivery, strategic partnerships, and change enablement. A Program Manager will lead efforts to align stakeholders, manage complex partner relationships, and embed AI capabilities into core business functions. The work is both strategic and execution-driven, helping the organization overcome adoption barriers and drive measurable impact across its AI transformation agenda.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery roadmap and execution for key AI initiatives including the AI Summit, Partnerships, and Capability Enablement.

Spearhead the program management of key high-impact AI programs.

Lead cross-functional execution across R&D, IT, clinical, and business teams to ensure on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery.

Operate as the primary point of contact for external and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of AI initiatives with business and clinical needs.

Influence and align executive leadership, clinical teams, and business functions around AI program objectives.

Create and manage strategic partnerships with AI partners and consultants, health systems, and healthcare companies.

Lead the adoption of AI solutions across R&D, clinical and business workflows, driving culture change toward data‑driven and AI‑enabled decision‑making.

Create and execute capability‑building initiatives to upskill teams and embed AI literacy across the organization.

Create and deliver communication strategies, training, and performance dashboards to ensure program visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or healthcare. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred.

6‑8+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3–5 years in AI, MedTech, healthcare, or digital health.

Strong track record of leading AI or data‑driven initiatives from concept to adoption.

Demonstrated success in managing multi‑stakeholder programs, including external technology partners and internal business units.

Exceptional program execution discipline, with ability to structure complex initiatives and deliver results.

Excellent change management expertise and ability to drive adoption across diverse stakeholders.

Superb communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

In depth understanding of AI in healthcare (e.g., imaging AI, clinical decision support, EMR integration).

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in MedTech and healthcare AI.

Go‑getter who takes ownership and drives execution with urgency.

Ability to build collaborative relationships, serve as a change agent to inspire others to embrace AI in clinical and business settings, and operate as a strategic thinker who can connect AI capabilities to business value.

Compensation $100 - $110 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
