Recruitment Specialist

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Recruitment Specialist
to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will manage the full‑cycle recruitment process across multiple functions, including content, live‑streaming, operations, and business support roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish.
Core Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruiting
– from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers
to understand role requirements and create effective recruiting strategies.
Source candidates proactively
through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
Coordinate interviews and feedback , ensuring clear communication between candidates and interview teams.
Maintain accurate candidate data
in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all records are up to date.
Generate recruiting reports
and track key metrics such as pipeline progress, time‑to‑fill, and source effectiveness.
Support offer and onboarding processes , ensuring a positive candidate‑to‑employee transition.
Promote employer branding
by participating in recruitment events and online talent engagement activities.
Qualifications Basic Requirements
1+ years of recruiting or HR experience, including at least 1 year of full‑cycle recruitment.
Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance in hiring practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e‑commerce, live‑streaming, or startup environments.
Strong data skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Knowledge of U.S. local recruitment markets and sourcing networks.
Professional HR certification (SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
