Role Summary The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for developing, managing, and maximizing the performance of a portfolio of our SI & agency partners. This role is central to ensuring partners are fully enabled to sell and implement the Constructor platform, which provides AI-powered product discovery solutions for e-commerce. Success in this role is measured through successful customer outcomes and maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction with Constructor's innovative technology. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, proficient technologist, a strategic thinker, and a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the e-commerce product discovery space and experience working with partners in this domain, specifically within a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management : Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for assigned partners, fostering strong, trusting relationships. Participate in regular business planning and performance review meetings (QBRs) in collaboration with regional partner managers to track progress against joint enablement and certification goals related to Constructor's product suite.

Partner Technical Enablement Content : Design and lead scalable onboarding, certification, and enablement programs for partners to ensure they can independently sell, implement, and support Constructor products, including our search, recommendations, and personalization solutions.

Enablement and Training Delivery : Drive partner proficiency by ensuring they complete required Constructor certifications and access necessary training. Coordinate product updates, implementation methodology workshops, and technical deep dives with internal Constructor experts.

Revenue Acceleration : Proactively support the pre- and post-sale process with partners, assisting with technical design of Constructor implementations, demo support, project scoping, and project plan reviews to ensure successful deployment of Constructor's platform.

Partner Practice & Center of Excellence Development : Support partner practice development through stages of partner maturity, focusing on building expertise in Constructor's technology. Establish regular success reviews, performance tracking, and strategic check-ins to optimize partner engagement and performance.

Operational Excellence : Ensure partners adhere to Constructor's program guidelines and compliance requirements. Facilitate smooth internal processes for training, certification, and practice development within the Constructor partner ecosystem.

Advocacy: Act as the voice of the partner internally, collecting feedback on Constructor product features, implementation challenges, and program structure to inform the product roadmap and partner strategy.
