About the Role Payment Processing Consultants, Inc. (PPC) is seeking a

full‑time Customer Support Specialist / Sales Support Specialist — a

non‑sales position

dedicated to supporting our sales representatives and customers through exceptional service, organization, and operational excellence.

PPC is a 27‑year‑old, locally owned company in the merchant services industry with an

A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau . Our Sales Operations Specialists are enthusiastic experts on PPC’s products, services, and business processes.

This is

not a sales or commission‑based position.

The Sales Support Specialist ensures smooth operations and first‑class support for PPC’s internal sales team and valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve complex customer service, operational, and systems‑related issues.

Identify and assess client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Build strong relationships with PPC’s sales team through proactive, transparent communication.

Provide timely solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.

Support team members to maintain cohesion and consistent service excellence.

Contribute to improving tools, technology, and workflows to better serve clients.

Document and refine procedures to drive operational efficiency.

Process new client accounts, equipment orders, and file build requests.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

3+ years

of experience in customer service or sales operations.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .

Strong

communication, problem‑solving,

and

time‑management

skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with

CRM systems

and practices.

Project coordination experience preferred.

Helpdesk or technical support experience a plus.

Starting Salary:

$55,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)

401(k) with matching

and profit sharing
