Join the Wawa, Inc. team as a Customer Service Associate (CSA).

As the friendly face that puts the ‘Wow’ in Wawa, you will greet and serve customers with enthusiasm, ensuring their needs are met both quickly and courteously.

What You’ll Do

Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.

Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age‑restricted products.

Ensure that stores are well‑stocked, shelves remain fresh and inviting, and the environment is clean and safe by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Complete store housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and other related tasks.

Qualifications

Great communication and customer service skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.

Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Enjoy working in a team environment.

The hourly range for this position is $15.50 - $19.25, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am and 6 am.
