Join Wawa as a Customer Service Associate (CSA) and be the friendly face that puts the wow in Wawa. As a CSA you will greet customers, prepare food, handle the cash register, keep the store stocked and clean, and provide excellent service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Do

Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.

Prepare food items including breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas while maintaining a clean coffee station.

Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age‑restricted products.

Ensure store shelves remain fresh and fully stocked.

Help maintain a clean and safe store by following policy and procedure.

Complete store housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

Qualifications

Great communication and customer service skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.

Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.

Enjoy working in a team environment.

The hourly range for this position is $15.50 ‑ $19.25 and includes a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am ‑ 6 am.
