Project Coordinator

plays a key role in supporting warehouse and logistics operations for client projects. This position bridges communication between internal teams, suppliers, and client contractors, ensuring materials are ordered, shipped, and tracked efficiently through our customized management software. The ideal candidate has strong coordination and service skills, excellent communication in English (and ideally Mandarin), and high emotional intelligence to handle various stakeholders and unexpected situations with professionalism and tact.

General Responsibilities

Coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates using our materials management system.

Communicate with client suppliers and contractors to confirm order details, resolve issues, and provide timely updates.

Manage logistics schedules to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.

Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries—responding with clarity, patience, and professionalism.

Anticipate potential issues, propose practical solutions, and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.

Support administrative documentation such as purchase orders, shipment records, and reports.

Qualifications – Must Have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Strong command of English (written and verbal).

Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, or project support roles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Service‑oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Qualifications – Nice to Have

Bilingual proficiency (Mandarin and English).

Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supplier coordination.

Familiarity with enterprise or materials management systems (ERP or similar).

Skills – Must Have

Stakeholder communication and problem‑solving.

Time management and task prioritization.

Patience, adaptability, and a team‑first attitude.

$36,500.00–$66,800.00
