Project Administrator

Our client, a global Fortune 500 technology and manufacturing leader, is seeking a Project Administrator to join their team. As a Project Administrator, you will be part of the corporate department supporting cross‑functional corporate teams, including HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, and Safety & Productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage stakeholders, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title Project Administrator

Location Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite / week) Pay Range : $38$45 / hr

What's the Job?

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion

Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation

Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Coordinate with cross‑functional corporate teams and stakeholders

Support documentation, note‑taking (no recording tools), and reporting

What's Needed?

3 years of Project Management experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry

Experience supporting large companies, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors

Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Must be a U.S. citizen or a Green Card holder
