Overview
Ellie Mental Health, now part of Nystrom & Associates, is seeking an Evenings and Weekends Therapist. You’ll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. This position provides an opportunity to increase accessibility to therapy for clients who would benefit from sessions outside typical work and school hours. Responsibilities
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation Provide individual, couples, family and/or group therapy in outpatient clinic setting Actively participate in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet weekly billable expectations; full-time: 25 sessions, part-time: 10-24 sessions Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to support the mission of serving the community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Qualifications
Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc. Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments Compensation & Benefits
This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $24,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on compensation model selected, full-time or part-time status, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate.
