Physical Therapist – Relocation & Sign‑On Bonus Available
Join Confluent Health as a full‑time Physical Therapist. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year and up to $10,000 in relocation or sign‑on bonuses.
Job Location:
Lewiston, ID – 678 Southway Avenue
Responsibilities
Review patients’ medical history.
Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hand‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury.
Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
Qualifications
Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Idaho or currently pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
CPR and first aid certification (required).
