Job Summary The Scientist, Hematological Malignancies will join the Hematological Malignancies discovery biology team in Spring House, PA. The role focuses on target validation and the evaluation of small and large molecule therapies for the treatment of blood cancers. The scientist will design, execute, and interpret in‑vitro and ex‑vivo studies, collaborating across multiple departments and communicating scientific results to multidisciplinary teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform tissue culture and cell‑based assays, including
FACS, cytotoxicity assays, western blotting, ELISA, MSD, immune cell isolation, immunoprecipitation, qRT‑PCR , and transfection or cloning of stable cell lines.
Design, perform, troubleshoot, interpret, and report complex data.
Manage several projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from all functional areas of drug discovery.
Communicate scientific results clearly and professionally, both verbally and in written form.
Qualifications
B.S./B.A. in life sciences is required.
Knowledge of oncology, hematology, or immunology and drug discovery experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
