Audit Manager – Workforce Solutions
Workforce Solutions partners directly with leading small to mid‑sized CPA firms across the United States to connect them with top talent in the public accounting industry. We are currently working with a rapidly growing CPA firm with 250+ employees and 19 U.S. office locations in WI, NE, CO, and AZ. They are seeking experienced talent in the public accounting industry to join their team and quickly grow into leadership roles. A relocation package is available for candidates not living nearby.
Responsibilities
Managing client relationships while auditing their financial records for compliance with generally accepted accounting rules and standards.
Analyzing client financial records to identify potential accounting issues and performing research to present proposed solutions.
Training, mentoring, and managing team members in audit processes.
Building new and strengthening existing client relationships while demonstrating basic knowledge of clients’ businesses.
Communicating and meeting with clients as requested; providing recommendations to assist clients with financial or tax needs.
Qualifications
3+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
CPA certification is highly desired or ability to attain.
Candidates who are willing to work onsite are preferred, but we are willing to consider hybrid/remote work for experienced talent.
