The Opportunity As an Independent B2B Sales Partner, you’ll take the helm of your territory, building relationships with yacht and boat service companies, marine retailers, distributors, and OEM partners. You’ll represent a trusted, fast-growing brand and drive strategic partnerships that accelerate AIRLOCK’s reach across the U.S. and beyond.
Your role will include:
Prospecting and onboarding new marine trade partners and distributors
Managing key accounts and nurturing long‑term relationships
Attending boat shows, trade events, and shipyards to promote AIRLOCK technology
Conducting product demos and presentations to marine professionals
Reporting insights and opportunities directly to the leadership team
Who You Are
5+ years of proven sales or business development experience
Solid background in the marine industry or related B2B environment
Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with strong closing skills
Excellent relationship‑builder with strong communication and presentation ability
Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and modern communication tools

Uncapped earning potential ($120K–$180K+ annually)
