Residential Electrical Supervisor
Position Overview
As a multi‑family Residential Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our residential electrical services in Durham, NC and Burlington, NC. You will lead a team of electricians, coordinate projects, and ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians.
Plan, organize, and oversee residential electrical projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
Ensure that all electrical work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations.
Serve as the main point of contact for residential clients.
Provide technical guidance and assistance to electricians, troubleshooting complex problems.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
Identify training needs and facilitate training programs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Maintain accurate records of project documentation, work orders, invoices, and permits.
Minimum Education None
Minimum Years of Experience 4-6 years
Qualifications
Proven experience as a multi‑family residential electrician, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Valid electrician license and certification (where applicable).
Strong technical knowledge of residential electrical systems, codes, and standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
License Required Yes
