Client Support Services Process Analyst – UC Riverside Facilities Services
Over the next weeks we are recruiting a full‑time, entry‑level analyst to manage data analytics and process improvements across Facilities Services to elevate the customer experience for the campus community.
Salary Hourly range:
$36.35 – $65.76
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, develop and manage data analytics and process improvements across Facilities Services.
Support data analytics related to work order, asset management and other data gathering systems within Facilities.
Leverage extensive knowledge of service offerings and processes such as work intake, follow up, work routing and customer outreach/engagement to facilitate and collaborate on improvements and process standards.
Analyze, design and propose Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor, measure and create reports/presentations on KPIs.
Analyze data and produce reports including operational performance metrics, trends and forecasts for shared services strategic planning.
Develop extensive insight across FS processes and consistently apply end‑to‑end perspective in conjunction with service delivery objectives of Client Support Services.
Qualifications
Current work authorization required to accept a UC Riverside staff position.
Unable to sponsor or take over employment visa sponsorship.
Will be required to comply with all applicable University policies, collective bargaining agreements and applicable government directives.
