Associate Staffing Consultant
The Associate Staffing Consultant (ASC) is a newly created role within our Contract Staffing Training Program (CSTP) focused on the candidate lifecycle.
Pay range:
$30.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Responsibilities
Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals and professional networking.
Interview prospective candidates.
Prep candidates for interviews with client companies – review resumes, discuss client needs and conduct mock interviews.
Extend job offers and manage the offer process.
Reach out to candidates who are on assignment to ensure they have everything they need.
Proactively cold‑call to identify prospective candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong personal initiative and self‑motivation.
Leadership skills and competitive drive.
Discretion and independent judgment about business and people fit.
Drive to meet goals and metrics with a get‑up‑and‑go attitude.
