Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Advisor to lead client relationships and deliver holistic, high‑touch wealth management advice. This individual will serve as a primary advisor to HNW and UHNW clients, collaborating across disciplines—including tax, estate planning, and transaction advisory—to design and implement highly customized financial strategies.
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the lead advisor for a select group of HNW and UHNW clients, overseeing comprehensive wealth management relationships.
Develop and implement customized financial plans incorporating investment, estate, tax, and risk management strategies.
Act as a quarterback across tax, estate, insurance, and investment specialists to deliver coordinated, best‑in‑class client solutions.
Engage directly with clients and their families, acting as their trusted advisor for all financial matters.
Drive asset retention and growth within existing relationships, deepening engagement and identifying new opportunities.
Mentor and train junior advisors, associates, and analysts to support ongoing firm growth and professional development.
Collaborate with firm partners to enhance the client experience and contribute to initiatives that support continued expansion and change.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
8‑10+ years of experience in wealth management or private client advisory, ideally within a full‑service RIA or multi‑disciplinary financial services firm.
CFP® certification and Series 65 required; additional credentials (CFA, CPA, JD, etc.) strongly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise advising high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients across investment, estate, and tax planning disciplines.
Prior experience within an accounting or professional services firm strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $180,000‑$200,000 (commensurate with experience)
Discretionary Performance Bonus
Comprehensive Benefits Package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and professional development support
