Sr Wealth Advisor | Chicago (Hybrid)
The Senior Wealth Advisor will serve as a trusted partner to ultra-high-net-worth principals within a multi-generational private family office. This role leads complex tax, estate, wealth transfer, trust, and cash-flow planning while managing long-term client relationships and coordinating with internal teams and external advisors to deliver customized, holistic wealth strategies.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with family clients and related entities Lead client meetings and presentations, both in-person and virtually Mentor and develop junior advisors and associates Analyze trusts, business agreements, and estate planning scenarios Prepare financial plans, cash flow projections, and coordinate tax and compliance activities Facilitate complex transactions, including gifting, capital calls, and distributions Collaborate with banks, investment managers, accountants, attorneys, and other professional advisors
Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 5 years in financial advisory, family office, or wealth management Strong technical knowledge of tax, estate, and/or financial planning Proven leadership and mentoring experience Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software Bachelors degree required; advanced degrees or professional certifications (CFP, CPA, JD) preferred Will consider public accounting professionals with a strong HNW tax background
