ServiceNow Senior Consultant – Enterprise Service Management (ESM) In the digital economy, it takes more than good ideas and strong leadership to thrive. Opportunity You’ll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It’s a client‑visible role, where you’ll motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain new client relationships, and grow your consulting and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery; may involve regular travel to meet clients.

Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.

Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of ServiceNow ESM/GBS engagements, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.

Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.

Provide guidance and industry best‑practice expertise for ServiceNow ESM/GBS process implementations.

Analyze a company’s ESM/GBS people, process and technology capabilities, and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.

Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process subject‑matter resources.

Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.

Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.

2–4 years of relevant ServiceNow project experience.

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

At least one of the following ServiceNow certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service ManagementServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management

3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills – communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Availability to travel to meet client needs.

Ideally

Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.

Experience with Source to Pay, Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery – certifications are a plus.

Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

What We Offer

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range $102,500 to $187,900 across the U.S., with higher ranges for major metro areas. Total Rewards includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k) and paid time off.

Hybrid work model: most client‑serving staff work in person 40–60 % of the time.
