We are seeking a highly driven individual with strong analytical and strategic skillset to lead a talented Pipeline & GTM Strategy and Analytics team.
What You’ll Do
Lead end‑to‑end pipeline management across all GTM teams, including Field Sales, Channel & Alliances, Marketing, and SDRs. Set targets, maintain and improve analytics and reporting, monitor results, and develop tactics to increase pipeline quality, quantity, and velocity. \
Evolve attribution models for pipeline and key sales funnel indicators.
Own cross‑functional relationships with GTM organizations and other impacted teams (Marketing, Finance, Product). Build a shared vision, plan execution, and ensure results.
Drive reporting and ongoing tracking of key sales KPIs for executive reviews, quarterly business reports, board decks, and investor presentations.
Lead operations for the Sales Development team (SDRs), including defining quotas & compensation, owning relationships with SDR leadership, and reporting results.
Ensure data integrity and reporting standards are met. Monitor data integrity and identify issues for improvement.
Lead and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and alignment with strategic initiatives.
Experience You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, Math, or related field.
7+ years in Management Consulting, Sales/Business Operations, and direct experience with B2B sales and marketing teams.
Hands‑on experience with Tableau, SQL, Advanced Excel, and SFDC.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders.
Self‑motivated, highly accountable, with bias for action and results.
Thrives in ambiguity and works in an agile, rapidly changing environment.
Compensation US Pay Range:
$162,800 — $244,200 USD . Additional bonus potential, equity, and benefits apply.
