Project Coordinator – BSNC (Las Vegas Office) Summary

Central Environmental, Inc., a company within the BSNC family, is seeking a qualified Project Coordinator to assist with project start‑up, closeout, and continuous coordination for projects at our Las Vegas office. Responsibilities include attending meetings, updating employee status, handling personnel information, executing purchase orders, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Handle employee personal information.

Coordinate with Human Resources on an as‑needed basis.

Work directly with Project Management and assist with project coordination.

Execute purchase orders.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.

Complete credit card statements.

Assist with transferring personnel from project to project.

Schedule housing and travel for project to project.

Code and approve invoices.

Manage project billing.

Answer phone calls.

Ship and receive packages.

Qualifications – Experience, Education, and Certification

High School Diploma.

Valid driver’s license.

Pass drug test.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Preferred experience administering duties for contracts managed through DoW.

Experience in a constructive business, construction management, and delivery methodology background preferred.

Must be able to obtain military base passes and operate motor vehicles on military installation.

Highly proficient in all manners of computer-based data entry and tracking.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Administrative and office management practices (scheduling, record keeping).

Organizational policies and compliance (procurement, data privacy, reporting).

Microsoft 365 Software experience.

Clear written and verbal communication with multiple agencies and across multiple teams.

Attention to detail.

Organization and time management; ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.

Adaptable personality and willingness to learn.

Preferred

Construction industry specific knowledge.

Customer service relationship.

Ability to speak, write, and comprehend a second language (Spanish preferred, but any language accepted).

Physical Requirements The physical demands of this position include maintaining a constant state of mental alertness, as well as the ability to bend, stoop, sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods. The role primarily involves sitting in a comfortable position with frequent movement opportunities.

Work Environment The job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi‑line telephone system. Approximately 25% to 50% remote work on job sites may be required.

Additional Qualifying Factors Applicants must pass a pre‑employment drug screening, obtain acceptable background check results, and be able to obtain the appropriate clearance levels required for access to military installations.
