PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has been helping people experiencing homelessness since 1984. In our Interim Housing program, we provide safe, supportive housing and wrap‑around services. We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations and supervise service delivery staff at our Fontaine Inn location.

Position Responsibilities
Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity of care and services between PATH resources and partnering agencies.
Provide individual and team supervision, support, and performance evaluations for assigned staff.
Ensure services emphasize trauma‑informed care, client safety, and harm‑reduction interventions.
Respond to emergency calls and situations as required.
Assist in screening, assessment, and enrollment of clients into a range of services.
Maintain accurate and timely paperwork and data collection in agency records and electronic databases.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services, real estate, property management, or working with vulnerable populations.
One year of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field strongly preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of relevant experience (healthcare, social services, homeless services, hospitality, property management, or customer service).
Mandatory Requirements Regardless of qualifications, candidates must:
Have employment eligibility verification.
Have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training.
Successfully complete a tuberculosis test, background screening, and drug test.
Driving Requirements
Have reliable transportation.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Provide proof of insurance and ownership for vehicles used during work duties.
Qualify for PATH’s insurance coverage.
Employment Eligibility Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we do not sponsor visas. PATH will not employ individuals who are currently receiving services from PATH or have received services within the past two years.
California‑Based Work Expectations All work must be performed within California. The position is not fully remote; occasional off‑site work may be required but not from home.
