The Gig We’re looking for a Senior Event Producer who can make the impossible feel effortless. At Matrix MKTG, we deliver immersive experiences for lifestyle brands that don’t just show up—they show off. If you’re a production powerhouse with a sharp eye for logistics, a deep love for storytelling, and the ability to keep every plate spinning, keep reading.
What You’ll Tackle
Own the full production lifecycle—from pre‑pro to post‑mortem—for high‑impact events and activations
Translate wild creative into production reality (without killing the vibe)
Secure locations, permits, vendors, and crews with Jedi‑level negotiation skills
Draft schedules, build run‑of‑shows, and oversee on‑site installs and strike
Ensure production aligns with brand objectives and enhances audience experience
Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety, legal, and budget compliance
Keep the team aligned and the chaos contained with airtight communication
Mentor junior producers and lead cross‑functional squads on complex builds
Innovate using emerging tech and trends to elevate what’s possible
What You Bring
8+ years of live/virtual/hybrid event production—preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or music
A background in production, event management, or related creative fields
Deep understanding of staging, lighting, A/V, and experiential fabrication
A mastery of budgeting, reconciliation, and cost control
Experience managing freelance crews, vendors, and high‑stakes installs
Fluency in production tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, Google Suite, etc.)
Familiarity with CAD drawings and tech specs is a major plus
