What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement standardized inventory and fulfillment processes across all facilities
Conduct routine audits and performance reviews to ensure adherence to operational standards
Collaborate with cultivation and production leaders to identify and resolve discrepancies
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Build training resources and provide ongoing support to strengthen operational discipline
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, CPG, or manufacturing operations with a focus on inventory management
Proven success in developing and implementing standardized operational processes
Advanced analytical skills to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with track‑and‑trace systems (e.g., Metrc, BioTrack) and ERP/WMS platforms
Familiarity with leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
Advanced degree in a related field
