What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the coordination, planning, documentation, and management of medium to complex projects from initiation to delivery

Develop project charters, schedules, and success criteria while managing project risks and resources

Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status

Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and identify areas for future improvement

Analyze current business processes and implement strategies for productivity and operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Lean Six Sigma (LSS) preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of the benefits industry preferred

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with Service and Operations functions and their interrelationships within an organization

Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and frameworks such as DMAIC and process mapping

Ability to persuade and build trust with stakeholders independent of reporting structure

Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration for problem-solving and decision-making
