Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and adjustments
Review inventory transactions and cycle count results to ensure system accuracy
Partner with warehouse teams and third-party logistics providers to resolve inventory issues
Support inbound, outbound, in-transit, and quarantine inventory processes across locations
Maintain accurate inventory records and contribute to audits and physical inventories
Qualifications
Ability to learn and adapt to various ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience supporting inventory control, material management, or warehouse operations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to research and resolve inventory discrepancies
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
Familiarity with procurement coordination and purchase order discrepancy resolution
Experience supporting warehouse transfers, returns, or inventory adjustments
Experience in a regulated, government, or service-based supply chain environment
