Warehouse Coordinator Job at PEC N.V. in Boca Raton

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based at our manufacturing unit in Tatabanya, Hungary. By joining us, you will contribute to building the first large‑scale battery factories in Europe, Asia and the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock checks
• Process booking of materials in SAP
• Communicate with the Global Logistics Department to manage outgoing deliveries and shipments
• Check the delivered materials for quantity, quality and transport damage
• Loading/unloading deliveries, together with the warehouse assistant

The ideal candidate has

• A bachelor degree in logistics/administration or equivalent
• Strong affinity with Warehouse Operations in general
• Experience with an ERP system
• A forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
• An eye for detail and the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills in English
