Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in the
applicable jurisdiction , in good standing
6+ years
of substantive experience in
labor and employment law
and/or
complex litigation
Strong knowledge of
federal and state
labor and employment laws
Experience providing advice on
workplace law
issues, including
wage and hour compliance ,
employee relations ,
risk mitigation ,
employment agreements ,
reductions in force ,
ADA
and
workplace accommodations , and
employment-related policies
Demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and analytical reasoning
Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deliver practical, business-oriented solutions
Commitment to collaboration, professionalism, and superior client service
Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel
to employers on
all aspects of workplace law , including
compliance ,
policies , and
risk mitigation
strategies
Support
and
manage litigation
matters involving
employment disputes ,
wage and hour claims ,
discrimination , and
wrongful termination
Advise
on employment-related issues arising in
corporate transactions , including
due diligence
and
integration planning
Draft
and
review
employment
agreements ,
handbooks , and
internal policies
Represent clients before
federal
and
state courts ,
administrative agencies , and
arbitration panels
Conduct legal research
and
analysis
on emerging labor and employment law developments
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver integrated client service

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$390,000+
annually, as determined by experience and market factors
